Sweet and Spicy Soy Glazed Edamame 10 Mintues
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen edamame
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Prepare edamame according to package instructions
- Mix soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl
- Heat canola in a small saucepan over med-low heat. Add garlic and ginger once hot, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
- Add soy mix and raise heat to med. Cook until reduced, about 5-7 minutes
- Add edamame, coat, and serve.
