Hollandaise Sauce 5 Minutes
Ingredients
- 1/16 cp (1/8 stick) unsalted butter - melted
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Whisk Egg yolk, lemon juice, pepper, and salt in a small mixing bowl until light.
- Slowly mix butter into egg mixture.
- Drizzle over two eggs Benedict.
