Hollandaise Sauce 5 Minutes


Ingredients

  • 1/16 cp (1/8 stick) unsalted butter - melted
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Whisk Egg yolk, lemon juice, pepper, and salt in a small mixing bowl until light.
  2. Slowly mix butter into egg mixture.
  3. Drizzle over two eggs Benedict.

Enough for one person, upscale the recipe as you see fit.
